    Theives. This bank charges $10 to cash a check written from their bank. Horrible practice you are robbing people of their hard earned money. I will never do business with this bank.

    The local branch in Saline has nice people there -but corporate runs the show and they are powerless. Many of their practices are designed to get maximum fees and service charges from their customers - which I find offensive. I did not realize how bad they were till I went to Chase and found a whole new world of banking without the "stick it to them" feel I got at Key. If looking for a new bank - Key is not a good option in my opinion.
