- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I will never do business with TCF bank. DO NOT buy their gift cards! My child received a $25 gift card from TCF bank and they charged a $5 per month service fee even though it had not been activated. This might be legal but that doesn't make it ethical. It's till predatory behavior. To charge $5 per month for a card to sit unused is a travesty. They ripped off a kid! This is a general review of this bank's products NOT the people who work there.By cinjef, February 21, 2017
