- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Been with this company since 1997 - homeowners and 2 autos. Twice in 20 years I've attempted to file a claim, one on house, one on car - both times denied. Insurance was canceled on TWO of my financed cars - they never called/emailed to let me know that I was in danger of driving without insurance. I didn't find out until AFTER I was hit at a red light that my policy had lapsed 13 days earlier and that my totaled financed car would not be covered. Seriously- "a good neighbor" would've at least called to alert me. The only alert I got was mixed in with a bunch of "buy more insurance with us" advertising! I HATE this company! Lazy, slow, and not at all there when I needed them, either time. They have my phone number and my email - they could've CALLED or sent an "URGENT NOTICE" letter to my home - such horrible business practices.By Cynthia Ellis, January 06, 2017
